When you arrive, he’ll want to go outside
Our friendly bear has been hanging out on the front deck for as many years as I can remember. As a kid, I remember watching this guy being formed by a chainsaw, and was there when he was presented at a gift to Pawpaw and Nanny as a gift for the new cabin in Ruidoso. When you arrive, let him out for fresh air. We’ve been keeping him by the door. The real bears have been knocking him down when he’s by the stairs.
